When I was presented with the Capstone project criteria in English Studies 12, I knew I wanted to create a website, but I wasn't sure what I wanted to put on that website. Thankfully, I was provided with the opportunity to create designs using Canva for three companies, Poet Skis, ChinookX Technologies, and Foster Integral Living.
Once I had finished all of the designs I was asked to create, I began putting together this website to showcase all of the work I had done throughout the semester for Poet Skis, ChinookX Technologies, and Foster Integral Living. These designs were used for presentations, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
Because the idea is fairly complex, I wanted to further explain the process of my Capstone Project, so I decided that I should create a PowerPoint presentation that outlines why, when, and how I put together this project from September 2024 to January 2025.
Poet Skis is more than a snow sports company, it's a movement that embraces the art of flow, creativity, and connection. Born out of a passion for the mountains and the limitless possibilities they offer, Poet Skis is about embracing the outdoors as an expression of artistry, a way to build community and find flow.
Durwin Foster is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Certified Integral Therapist operating a private practice with Foster Integral Living, as well as providing written and illustrated resources for anyone interested in cultivating wholeness.
